This was a collaborative process from the start. Create a digital platform that serves both audiences while giving Top Search insight into how people interact with their brand.

Building a brand with presence

Before the platform could take shape, the brand needed a clear foundation. Despite decades in the industry, Top Search did not have a defined corporate identity. We developed their logo and brand guidelines to establish a visual language that reflects their positioning and values. That identity became the backbone of the entire project.

With the brand defined, we redesigned and developed a website that acts as a central hub for all digital interaction. The platform was built to educate, inform, and support decision-making in a way that feels refined and confident. We extended this experience into everyday communication by creating email signatures that align with the new brand identity.

This work marked a shift for Top Search. They are no longer seen as just another recruitment agency. They now present themselves as a brand with confidence and a distinct personality that matches the calibre of work they do.
