Karabelo and Khehla came to us with a clear intention and a meaningful story. Two cultures coming together. Zulu and Sotho. They wanted a modern way to invite their guests and manage the practical details of the day without losing the emotion behind it. What began as a simple request for a wedding RSVP website quickly became something more personal.
We worked closely with the couple to design a digital invitation that linked directly to a custom RSVP platform. Once guests confirmed their attendance, they were guided to a website that shared everything they needed to know. Accommodation options, gifting information, key contacts, and the flow of the wedding day. The platform made the experience clear and effortless for everyone involved.
As the project evolved, so did the vision. The couple connected deeply with the theme and visual direction, and asked us to carry it through every part of the celebration. Together, we expanded the platform into a full wedding experience that extended far beyond the screen.
We designed all the visual elements that guests would interact with. Save the dates, reception programmes, food menus, welcome boards, and seating plans were all crafted to reflect the same look and feel. Every touchpoint felt considered and connected.
This was not about building a brand. It was about creating an experience. One that guests could step into before the day, feel immersed in during the celebration, and remember long after it ended.
